Elsewedy Electric Summary of the Ordinary General Assemble Meeting decisions

The General Assembly of El Sewedy Electric convened at 03:30 pm on Sunday, 22nd of April 2012. The meeting was presided by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Sadek Ahmed Sadek El Sewedy. After deliberations, the following resolutions were adopted:

Resolution No.1:
To ratify the Board of Directors’ report on the Company’s activities for the financial year terminated on 31st of December 2011.

Resolution No.2:
To ratify the Auditor’s report on the Company’s balance sheets for the financial year terminated on 31st of December 2011.
