Located in Giza, this landmark mall has 25,000 m² of floor space on the main thoroughfare of Sheikh Zayed district, with a 500m façade.

We delivered a full turnkey package of Phase 1 building works consisting of approx. 15,000 m² BUA to a tight schedule of just 8 months. In Phase II we faced an even greater challenge: to deliver a turnkey package of a BUA three times larger (4 buildings with a BUA of approx. 45,000 m²) in only 9  months. We successfully delivered both phases, enabling a world-class learning environment to open its doors on schedule.

Developers Emaar appointed us to the construction of a high-end residential complex of 11 buildings at Village F (West), a total area of 65,000 m².

We were awarded the turnkey construction of the Allegria Club House, a building of total BUA of 3,446 sqm, built over a one-story underground basement with the same area. The NOC building work package comprised one building (G), of total BUA of 169 sqm. 

Located in New Cairo, the Point 90 Mall Project was entrusted to us with the remit to carry out all construction tasks and works.

We acted as the main contractor for the execution and completion of SODIC’s flagship entertainment hub and were responsible for remedying any defects related to the civil works, MEP and infrastructure works.

 Arabian Group chose us to carry out the construction of a new administration and retail complex in 6th of October city. The complex, which includes a Toyota show room, two administration buildings and two medical centers, took just 36 months. 

 Marassi is a luxury destination for holidaymakers on Egypt’s Mediterranean coast. We handled construction of the civic center and swimming pool facilities of five of the villages. This included a mosque, retail outlet, generator room and roads, other infrastructure.

Located in New Cairo, Maxim Mall is considered one of the greatest shopping centers in Cairo. It has an area of 40,000 m² and encompasses 400 stores from hypermarkets to food courts, international cafes and restaurants. We were honoured to carry out the electromechanical works and finishing of this prestigious project.

We acted as the turnkey contractor for the Autoville Strip Mall, a one-stop destination for car enthusiasts and their families. Located on Dahshour Road, it was stunningly designed by architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP. Construction took 16 months.

We carried out the civil and electromechanical works for the construction of Hyper One Solimanya, the latest outlet of one of Egypt’s best-known FMCG retailers. It is located on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road and comprises a total area of 30,000 m².
