Building on the profound bilateral relations between Egypt and Ghana, Elsewedy Electric stepped up to support the Ghanian healthcare sector with a variety of needed medical supplies.

H.E. Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo, Ghana First Lady, accepted the donation on behalf of the Rebecca Foundation, from Ahmed El Sewedy, President and CEO of Elsewedy Electric, in an event held by H.E. Mr. Ayman El Dessouky, the Ambassador of Egypt to Ghana.

Elsewedy Electric’s donation will complement that remarkable effort undertaken by the Rebecca Foundation in supporting the Ghanian government’s initiatives to improve the economic status of Ghana and its people, since its inception in 2017.

Over the past two years, Elsewedy Electric has partaken in many initiatives to support the world in combating the covid-19 global pandemic, both on the local and international levels.
