The National Authority of Tunnels (NAT) has awarded GAMA-Rowad Joint-Venture the construction works for the Light Rail Transit (LRT) mainline train fence and workshop buildings. The GAMA-Rowad Joint-Venture will build 26 Railway Workshop buildings accompanied by their complete infrastructure, landscape, road works, subgrade, and the 3,112 m surrounding fence in Badr City. In addition to the railway workshop buildings area, the JV's scope of work also includes the construction of the 123 km mainline precast concrete fence, whereas, total project's BUA is 322,000 m²
