Elsewedy Electric Powers Tycoon Projects in the New Administrative Capital

Elsewedy Electric has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Nile Developments to execute electrical infrastructure works and smart systems for the Tycoon Tower and Tycoon Center projects in the New Administrative Capital, drawing on its established capabilities in delivering advanced solutions for Egypt’s next-generation of urban developments. 

Under the agreement, Elsewedy Electric will provide integrated electrical infrastructure and smart systems for both projects, which are set to become architectural landmarks. Tycoon Tower is poised to be the tallest hotel in Egypt and Africa, while Tycoon Center will stand as the tallest administrative tower on the continent, highlighting a new benchmark in high-rise development. 

The agreement was signed by Eng. Ahmed Elsewedy, CEO of Elsewedy Electric Group, and Eng. Mohamed Taher, Chairman of Nile Developments, at the project site, where construction is progressing at an accelerated pace in line with ambitious delivery timelines. 

Through this collaboration, Elsewedy Electric will deploy advanced energy solutions and intelligent building systems designed to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and performance. The projects integrate state-of-the-art infrastructure to support smart hospitality and next-generation work environments, aligned with the New Administrative Capital’s vision as a modern, technology-driven city.
