Rowad Modern Engineering Advances MAFI Food Complex in El Sadat City
Rowad Modern Engineering is progressing construction works for MAFI Food Complex in El Sadat City, developed by MAFI for Agricultural Produce Industries – Private Free Zone Company. Project represents a significant addition to Egypt’s food processing and agro-industrial landscape.
Designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, MAFI Food Complex reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility. Project site spans approximately 154,655.96 m², with an additional 25,860 m² allocated as a future expansion area to support long-term growth plans.
Scope of work includes architectural and civil construction, non-process MEP works, as well as process MEP works and equipment installation. Through this comprehensive execution approach, Rowad Modern Engineering continues to deliver integrated industrial solutions aligned with international standards.
