Elsewedy Electric for Electrical Products Powers Energy Storage Project in Southern California

Elsewedy Electric for Electrical Products (EEEP) has forged a successful partnership with Energy Vault, Wellhead Electric Company, Inc., and Electric Supply Co. to power one of the largest energy storage facilities in Southern California, USA. The collaboration involved providing 28 x 2600 KVA Pad Mounted Transformers, overcoming the challenges posed by the current global supply chain situation with commitment to start the project's delivery within just 18 weeks. 

 
Energy Vault and Wellhead Electric deployed a cutting-edge battery energy storage system at the W Power Energy Reliability Center in Stanton, California, delivering a substantial 68.8 MW (275.2 MWh) of power. 

This project aims to provide customers with highly flexible and cost-effective energy storage solutions that work seamlessly with various generation technologies. The accelerated timeline for completion reflects the urgent need for reliable power infrastructure in Southern California.
