ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC –a leading provider of integrated energy, infrastructure, and digital solutions– has proudly penetrated the Spanish power infrastructure market through a new agreement with EDP Spain. The contract, valued at EUR 5.2 million, pertains to the provision of six power transformers to three electrical distribution substations in the European country.

EE will supply one transformer rated 40 MVA, 132/20 KV, for the distribution substation SE Ludrio (Lugo) and one transformer rated 40 MVA, 132/20 KV, for the distribution substation SE Barreiros (Lugo), for Begasa Utility. For Viesgo Utility, the company will supply one transformer rated 20 MVA, 55/12KV, for the distribution substation SE Labarces (Cantabria) and two transformers rated 12 MVA, 30/12KV, for the distribution substation SE Santa Cruz (Asturias). Lastly, for E-Redes Utility, EE will supply one transformer rated 50 MVA, 132/50KV, for the distribution substation SE Corredoria (Asturias).
